Daniel Buonauro Named Lab Manager of Spatial Thinking Lab

Recent graduate Daniel Buonauro joins the lab as lab manager.

Daniel graduated Summa Cum Laude from California Lutheran University in May 2019 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. While at Cal Lutheran, he completed a senior thesis on empathy as a predictor of racial prejudice in face categorization, and worked here at UCSB in Kyle Ratner’s Social Perception lab as an undergraduate research assistant, examining encoding bias in face perception using EEG. Daniel now works in our lab, and also manages the Research Center for Virtual Environments and Behavior (ReCVEB).
